I ordered this item on the 28th December today is the 11th January can’t find item in the tracking system , spoke to customer service twice first time told me to give it a few days then next one will contact sales manager still no reply to where my item is, now I just want my refund and be done with it

Lovely shoes BUT (and this is a big but!!) this is the second pair I have bought for my husband in a very short time because both heels lost their bottoms and couldn't be repaired to the same height as the loss wasn't noticed before damage was done to the heels. The glue is obviously not very good so this time we have used some shoe tacks to ensure the heel bases stay in place.
Otherwise the shoes are very nice and good looking - classy!
