I am surprised to here from your today’s communication where Shuperb claims to have fulfilled my order yet I have been writing back and forth complaining that I have not yet received my order as you delivered it to a wrong address that i dont even know about.

I am sorry to say this is the worst online service shopping service that i have so far experienced. Despite notifying on several times that i have not received my order as it was sent to a wrong address which i an not even associated to. I have since forwarded my address several times but Shuperb has proved ignorance of their error and have done nothing to address their mistake. Instead they keep sending requests fir a feedback review for such level of poor customer relations and management service.
Can Shoperb urgently look into my query with the view of forwarding my order to my correct address without further delays
