Terrible service !!! Wouldn’t swap for a smaller size .. refunded £3.50 less than full refund Cos I returned .. avoid and order from a site that will do a straight swap

We received a request from you to exchange your item for a different size but due to this being a sale item we were unable to process that and issued you with a refund.
You used our returns label for which there is a £3.50 charge as specified on our website hence the deduction from your refund.

The worst customer service that I have encountered. Sent the wrong size and charged me return postage. They would not respond to my emails requesting refund for the return postage

These upmarket flip flops are excellent, just returned from Spain where I wore them for 2 weeks solidly, very comfortable and yet they grip the feet well, so more secure than flip flops.
I normally buy the cheap flip flops but I recommend these if you want something a bit more substantial.
